Curt Berlin, SIOR
Curt has been involved in commercial real estate since 1987 and has consistently been one of NAI Ohio Equities’ Top Producers. He and his partners founded the Industrial Property Team. His focus and expertise are in the industrial sector with a specialization in landlord and tenant representation as well as industrial investment sales. He sees himself as a consultant who helps his clients determine how every transaction fits into their overall business model. Utilizing expert market knowledge and vast experience allows Curt to provide his clients with critical information with which they can make confident decisions. He works with a wide range of clients on a local, regional and national basis.
Born and raised in Grandview Heights, Curt is a lifelong resident of Columbus and resides in Grandview with his family. He is a diehard fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, loves to fish, and has traveled to all fifty states in the U.S.
Curt is an alumnus of The Ohio State University, where he earned a BSBA in 1983 and a Master of Business Administration in 1986.

Matt Osowski, SIOR
Matt is one of the founding members of the Industrial Property Team at NAI Ohio Equities. Matt’s primary real estate focus is in the industrial sector specializing in sales and leasing. He has been a licensed real estate professional since 2005 and attributes his success to being completely transparent and straight-forward with his clients. Matt prides himself on his expert market knowledge of what is demanded in today’s industrial marketplace.
Matthew aligns himself with each client’s values, putting himself in their shoes to serve them wholeheartedly. His approach to every transaction is to fully understand and assess his client’s needs, point of view, and pain points, and then provides viable alternatives and the right tools to make an informed real estate decision.
Matt moved to Central Ohio in 2003 and currently resides in St. Albans Township, Licking County. His wife and twin daughters are his true passion, and he is an avid mountain biker.

Blake DeCrane
Blake DeCrane is a co-founder of the Industrial Property Team at NAI Ohio Equities. His responsibilities for his clients include developing strategy and implementation of leases, sales, and industrial real estate investments. Clear and effective communication are the foundations of his approach.
Buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords all trust Blake to provide thorough and unique solutions to meet their goals. With his strong background in logistics, market conditions, site selection, and deal negotiation, his clients trust that they have all the information necessary to make knowledgeable real estate decisions.
A Columbus native, Blake graduated from St. Charles Preparatory before continuing his education at Arizona State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Sustainability. He currently resides in Dublin with his wife and 3 kids. His interests include golfing, fitness, fishing, combat sports, traveling and cooking.

Kaydee Hurst
Kaydee joined NAI Ohio Equities in 2017 as a marketing assistant. In 2020, she completed her education and requirements to become a licensed real estate agent in Ohio. She now works as a licensed marketing assistant supporting the Industrial Property Team and other agents at Ohio Equities.
Her vital responsibilities include creating marketing materials, transaction management, business development, and managing all marketing efforts for her agents including social media, print collateral, event coordination and reporting.
Originally from Hicksville, Ohio, Kaydee moved to Columbus to pursue a degree at The Ohio State University. Upon earning her BA in Journalism in 2014, she held positions in technical writing, executive administration, internal communications and marketing.
Kaydee enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, being a season ticket member of the Columbus Crew, watching football and exploring Central Ohio and beyond.
